Hi, I'm Lori!
I am a Certified Nutrition Coach, Fitness Trainer, wife, momma, laundry ninja, master meatball maker, kid Uber-driver, nature-lover, and wanna-be-homesteader with a passion for helping other busy women achieve their desired health and fitness goals.
My passion for wellness was born from my own health crisis. Through my extensive work with a functional medicine doctor, I learned how to reverse my condition and radically change my health.
Finding ways to stay healthy, fit, and committed to my new lifestyle was a challenge.
But it was during this continual quest for quick and easy ways to stay healthy while spending the majority of my time on a tour bus with 6 dudes and 12 boxes of pizza, that my ultimate passion for nutrition and fitness was born.
As the music industry chapter of my life came to a close, my quest for a healthier lifestyle did not. After getting certified in both fitness and nutrition, I knew I wanted to help women realize it’s never too late to THRIVE in the midst of life’s busyness, barriers, and obstacles!
I understand most women simply don’t have hours to spend at the gym, or in the kitchen, which makes the pursuit towards wellness seem impossible.
The good news is it’s NOT impossible…and this is where I come in. For the past 15 years, I’ve found great joy in helping women: creating habits, shaping bodies, and changing lives.

PILLAR 1: EAT WITH A PURPOSE
Learn how to fuel your body with a scientifically proven method that drives down hunger, balances blood sugar, creates lean muscle mass, and blasts fat.
We’re going to bust myths, learn facts, and cover every aspect of how, what, when, and why proper nourishment is vital to achieving your goals.
PILLAR 2: THE MAGIC OF MUSCLE
Muscle is your protective tissue and developing/maintaining it is crucial if you want health, longevity, and yes ... a beautiful body.
In this program, we will break a sweat and set our bodies on fire with the basics of resistance training. You will receive printable workouts, coaching, and workout videos instructed by ... yours truly.
PILLAR 3: JUST BREATHE
Stress wreaks havoc on our nutrition and fitness goals. When we’re under stress, our bodies release the hormone cortisol, which increases blood sugar levels and the extra glucose circulates in our bodies and gets stored as fat.
You will learn about techniques such as visualization, meditation, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and breathing exercises to help mitigate stress.
PILLAR 4: ADDITION IS BETTER THAN SUBTRACTION
I will shift your focus towards wanting to ADD nutritious foods into your day rather than being frustrated having to SUBTRACT the “bad” stuff.
You will learn how to expend energy and burn extra calories even when you’re not exercising, through an activity called “Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis”. (This activity alone can contribute to an additional 10-30lbs loss/yr)
