Nov 04, 2020There’s a lot going on right now. I don’t think bullet-pointing the current chaos is necessary….we are all keenly aware.
The past nine months have been quite a ride, so it’s no wonder why many of us are on an emotional roller coaster of hope, optimism, frustration, anxiety, and despair.
Oh…and….now we are approaching the holidays, winter, and more uncertainty.
As a health and fitness coach, I have a message for you that I wish I could shout from the top of the AT&T Building here in Nashville! As this year comes to a close….
DO NOT NEGLECT YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS!
While it might be tempting to throw in the towel and forget about self-care until a new year rolls around, the negative impact of doing so will be more pronounced than ever in the current climate.
Tend to your wellness constantly and consistently—-the way you would care for a loved one who needs you. Exercise, community, meditation/spiritual practices, nutrition, and mental health cannot be neglected if we expect to reach the other side of this 2020 mountain as whole & healthy beings.
If you are unsure of how this might look for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
