I love women supporting other women in business, and this dynamic doc is one of my faves! Her name is Dr. Brenda Medina, DC., and she currently has a practice in Franklin, Tennessee. Dr. Medina has a love for Sports RECOVERY and Rehabilitation. (Since her daughters play volleyball, she has become very familiar with sports injuries!)

Today, Dr. Medina shares a bit about her practice, and how she helps her patients’ bodies RECOVER and heal. “My goal is to take time and really get to know my patients. I seek to understand their needs and administer full-body, full-spectrum care. I have state-of-the-art equipment with an adjusting table offering the best in disc therapy, mechanical traction, and comfort.

Additionally, I have a Class IV Therapeutic Laser. This Laser is amazing! It heals the body at the cellular level. Laser Therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared) to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal. The effects of laser energy include improved healing time, pain reduction and increased circulation and decreased swelling. This therapy has really been beneficial for my athletic and chronic injury patients. I can get them “back in the game” or back to work more quickly.
